My friend loved her sign at least as much as I loved mine. One thing you probably should realize is the reason I chose you over the others I was in contact with. With them I felt like I was ordering insurance or something very boring. One said I had until the end of the day to pay if I wanted the signs by Christmas, and I thought, "Pay for what??? You don't even know what I want! I don't even know what I want!" I never dealt with the actual wood carvers. In contrast, you were the wood carver, you worked hard with me to help me figure out what I wanted. You sent samples. You have a great web site with examples of your work. The main thing for me, though, was that I was able to deal directly with you. You should put that idea on your front page so everyone knows they will not be dealing with an office person, that you will help them directly. It's important. That's what an artist should do.
